Shoot us an email using our Booking Request button at the upper right of the website. Once the email is received, we will confirm our availability and be in touch as quickly possible!

Pre-booked reservations: will be finalized once a booking request has been submitted, reviewed, and approved in writing at which time A deposit equal to 50% of the total trip cost is required to secure your reservation. Once a deposit is made, you will receive written notice confirming your reservation. The remaining balance of your trip will be due in full no later than 30 days prior to your reservation date. A final payment notice will be sent to you within 45 days of your reservation. If final payment is not made when due, your reservation will be forfeited and a refund will not be given.

Walk-up bookings: If you’re lucky enough to catch us with a last minute booking opportunity, payment of the trip will BE due in full. Walk-up trips may be combined with other groups.

In the event you need to cancel your reservation, written notice of cancellation must be received within 45 days prior to your scheduled reservation date in order to receive a refund. Approved cancellations will be refunded in full minus 10% to cover booking fees. Cancellations made less than 45 days of reservation date, or failure to show up for your reservation, will result in forfeit of your payment. If we are able to rebook the date, we are happy to provide a refund minus 10% booking fee.

*Although we rarely make the decision to cancel a trip, we do reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason. in the event that we have to cancel your trip due to bad weather, mechanical issues, or any other reason, a full refund will be issued. please note that our decision to cancel will likely come with little notice, however we will provide as much notice as possible.

If your captain has to make the decision to cut your trip short due to bad weather, or a mechanical failure occurs during the trip, your trip will be prorated, and an appropriate amount will be refunded. if your cruise ship cancels its port call, we will refund your payment minus the 10% booking fee.

Pricing includes all fishing gear (if applicable), bait, light snacks & non-alcoholic beverages.

Prices do not include 6% City Sales Tax, Fishing Licenses (if applicable) or Gratuity

2027 FUEL SURCHARGE

In response to the ongoing volatility in fuel prices, a fuel surcharge of $75 will be applied to trips on days where the sitka dock fuel price exceeds $6.00/gallon and $100 if fuel exceeds $7.00/gallon. The surcharge would be payable on the day of the charter.

This surcharge is never a decision we take lightly — it is a direct reflection of the increased costs required to continue providing our services to you.

We are committed to keeping this surcharge as minimal and temporary as possible, and it will be removed as soon as fuel prices return to a manageable level. We truly appreciate your understanding.

YES! We work closely with a great processing company in town to process, freeze and ship your catch once you return home. We do the work to coordinate - so it’s easy for the client. Check with us for pricing estimates.

All of fishing trips are considered “Private”. No additional guests outside of your party will be added - it’s your trip and your adventure!

Wildlife trips may be combined with other guests if your party is less than 4.

If you’re arriving by cruise ship we will pick you up and drop off within just a few steps of your ship. If you’re an independent traveler, we will arrange to pick you up from the nearest harbor to your accommodations.
